No such thing because there is no standard because TEACUP is not a recognized breed standard. It’s just greedy breeders mating the runt to the runt until the desired shrinking has occured.
You’re going to get a lot of grief for this question here. Just fair warning.

Many people would say that there is no such thing as a teacup size dog. Many Kennel clubs and groups do not even recognize teacup size dogs but instead the quality of a dog as to the weight of the dog.
The Chihuahua is already consider to be a toy breed to many kennel clubs which is the smallest group of dogs:
"Weight – A well balanced little dog not to exceed 6 pounds. Proportion – The body is off-square; hence, slightly longer when measured from point of shoulder to point of buttocks, than height at the withers. Somewhat shorter bodies are preferred in males. Disqualification – Any dog over 6 pounds in weight."

Height, Weight
Height: 6-9 inches (15-23 cm.)
Weight: 2-6 pounds (1-3 kg.)

So according to the AKC your Chihuahua’s weight is appropriate weight for his/her size, which is good.
